How is SugarCookie Nails DIFFERENT than store bought brands?
Many store bought brands are factory made on a thin, bendable base with machine printed designs. While they are very affordable, they rarely make it through a full wear without chips or losing their vibrancy.
SugarCookie Nails are different. Each nail is handcrafted in-house with a tried and true technique that has been developed over time. This technique ensures each set firmly holds its shape, resists chips and maintains a flawless finish week after week.
Over a decade in the making, SugarCookie Nails are designed to elevate your nail routine. Each set is meticulously crafted to endure the pace of real life and keep you looking salon fresh.

How are SugarCookie Nails MADE?
While we can't reveal all of our secrets, the basic technique is the same for any and all of our SugarCookie Nails sets.
Once the design is perfected and cured, it is then sealed and protected from wear and tear with builder gel using our in-house technique. This is where the magic happens!
When throughly cured, builder gel is as strong as acrylic. This reinforces the nail so that it will never bend and lose it shape. It also provides an apex (curve) on top of the nail to provide stability against cracks and premature pop-offs.
Each nail takes its turn being is shaped to perfection. The set is then sanitized and packaged to be delivered to its new home.
What PRODUCTS do you use to make SugarCookie Nails?
Quality is the number one priority at SugarCookie Nails. Our base nail and gel polishes are sourced from some the industries most respected brands.
We are always looking for updated information on any and all of our manufacturers items to make sure you are receiving the best possible product that performs well from beginning to end.
HOW LONG does each set last?
Each set of SugarCookie Nails is made to last for up to 2 weeks of wear with proper prep and application. You can find the Application Method here.
With proper storage and maintenance you can reapply your sets up to 3 times.
Pro - Tip: For extended durability, refresh with a new top coat. Gently buff off the top coat layer, wipe clean with an alcohol wipe and reapply a thin layer of clear top coat. Follow the brands instructions for proper application and drying of your top coat.

How do I CUSTOMIZE my set?
SugarCookie Nails sets can only be customized by members of The CookieClub who have unlocked the Gold Level or higher.
Should I get GLUE or STICKERS?
Both prep kits are available with your SugarCookie Nails purchase. Please note that the included nail sticker set and mini nail glue provide enough product for approximately two full applications each.
For extended use or added convenience, consider upgrading to the Deluxe Prep Kit at checkout.
- Nail Stickers offer a gentle hold which is ideal for 1–2 days of wear. This option is perfect for weekends, events, or photoshoots. [Pro Tip : Extend the hold and wear of your stickers by adding a gentle heat with a hair dryer.]
- Mini Nail Glue is recommended for a more durable application which can last up to 2 weeks.

WHEN will I get my order?
Normal processing times for SugarCookie Nails sets are 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping is also 3-5 business days.
This means that from order time to delivery, the full process can take between 6-10 business days.
Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
SugarCookie Nails is not responsible for any delays caused in transit.
Sizing & Fit
What is the difference between a normal set and a FULL SIZING SET?
Both styles are handcrafted to the same same SugarCookie Nails technique. The difference comes down to numbers.
Industry standard asking kits normally come with one unpainted nail in each of the available sizes. Then you have to go back and purchase the nail set.
Each Full-Size Sizing Kit comes with a pair of painted ready-to-wear nails in all 14 sizes for a total of 28 nails! You are sure to find your perfect custom size combination.
These sets were chosen because they will look great no matter your size combination.
How do I find out my SIZE?
Custom Sizing is only available to members of The CookieClub.
A wide range of General Sizing Combinations are available with all Simple Sugar and Gourmet Sets. These sizes options were assembled to fit extra narrow to extra wide nail beds.
Nail sizes are largely standardized across the industry, but subtle variations can occur between brands.Even shapes and lengths between the same brand can alter the fit. To ensure a flawless fit for your SugarCookie Nails set, please take advantage of the Full Sizing Sets.

What if my set doesn't FIT?
Available Solutions
- Members of The CookieClub created a CustomCookie profile. Please check your profile to ensure sure that your sizes were entered correctly. If not, please updated those numbers.
- Did you choose a new shape or length with this order? These new dimensions may affect how the manufacturer cut the nail so a seamless transfer from one to is not always possible.

How do I join THE COOKIECLUB?
Create a SugarCookie Nails profile. Once you are signed in, you will see a section named 'THECOOKIECLUB' .
Send an access code to your email and create your CookieClub profile.
Returns/Refunds
What is your REFUND/RETURN Policy?
For sanitary reasons, all items are considered final sale. However, in exceptional circumstances, returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will only be approved if all items are unused, unaltered, and the request is initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order. All return decisions are at the sole discretion of SugarCookie Nails and will be communicated within 1–2 business days.
If approved, a return label will be provided via email. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and evaluated.
