Welcome to the wonderful world of Luxury Press On Nails! Sizes are generally universal across the industry so once you’ve determined your size you should be good to go no matter where you shop. However, a perfect match across brands is not always possible. To ensure that you have the right size before you purchase a SugarCookie Nails set please consider ordering our FREE Bite-Sized Sizing Kit by clicking here.

If you ordered your Bite-Sized Sizing Kit, you can add them on the sign up form when you create a new profile, or you can add it to your order manually.

To glue or not to glue? Both Prep Kit options are available to choose from with your SugarCookieNails purchase. Please be mindful that the nail sticker set and mini nail glue included with purchase only has enough for 2 full applications each. If you would like to purchase extra nail stickers or nail glue with your order consider upgrading to the Deluxe Prep Kit when your order.

Nail stickers are great for 1-2 days wear time which is perfect for weekend wear, events, photoshoots, etc. While the mini nail glue is most often the choice for 1-2 weeks of wear time. Ultimately the durability of SugarCookieNails relies heavily on preparation. The Deluxe Prep Kit is an option that is available with each purchase for a $7.50 surcharge. This option will replace the included Prep Kit. The upgraded option includes a choice of either heat-activated nail stickers or a full-size nail glue.

The Heat-Activated nail stickers will allow for 2-4 days wear time and the full-size nail glue will allow for multiple wears and uses. The amount of applications varies with the user. 

Oh No! Let's double check a few things. 

Did you order one of the free Bite-Sized Sizing Kits? If so, please make sure that the size you measured is the size that came in the set. If not, please email sugarcookienails@gmail.com for assistance. 

Did you choose a new shape or length with this order? Unfortunately sizes don't always transfer from one to another. You may have to order the sizing kit in the new size and shape. Please note that one free kit reward is available in your profile every 3 months.

For sanitary purposes all items are final sale. However, in extrordinary circumstances, returns will be considered ion a case by case basis. Refunds will only be accepted if the items included in the purchase are unused, unopened, and unaltered in any way. Refunds must be initiated with 72 hours of receiving the items. The decision to accept or decline returns will then be determined by the company. Notice of the decision to accept or decline will be sent with 1 - 2 business days.
